Home Delivered Meals (Meals on Wheels)

Through Federal and State funding grants administered by HESSCO, the local Area Agency on Aging, home delivered meals are available for those who qualify. Contact HESSCO at (781) 784-4944 for more information and eligibility. Click here for current menu.

Weekly "Grab and Go" Lunches

From the Senior Center, HESSCO also provides a weekly "Grab and Go" cold lunch (sandwich, side, salad, dessert, and water) on Thursdays at 11:15 am. Sandwich choices vary each week. Call the Senior Center (508) 376-7051 before noon on the Friday before to place your order and stop in at the Senior Center on Thursday to pick it up. Suggested donation is $3.00.

Food Resources at No Charge

Every morning, the Senior Center receives varies baked goods, donuts, bagels and other items donated from our local grocery partners. Items are just a day past, but are free and first come, first serve. Stop in to check out the selection and stay for a free cup of coffee and some conversation.

On Tuesdays from 10:00 am - 10:30 am, we provide fresh and frozen grocery items to our patrons through our partnership with Lovin' Spoonfuls. Just stop in and see what the selections are for the day. No pre-registration necessary and the items are free.

The Millis Ecumenical Food Pantry is housed in the Church of Christ at 142 Exchange Street and is open every Saturday from 10-noon and the first and third Wednesdays from 10-noon.
