TOWN OF MILLIS BOARD OF HEALTH

IMPORTANT PUBLIC HEALTH ADVISORY

To:  Local Millis  Businesses

Subject:   Mask Advisory

Cases of COVID-19  have been increasing statewide and in the Town of Millis  for the last few months. Therefore in the interest of public safety[1], the Board of Health is  advising all owners or operators of indoor public spaces to consider requiring employees and patrons to wear a mask. The Advisory includes recommending that all individuals over the age of two wear a face covering in all indoor  public spaces, houses of worship and private spaces open to the public except where an individual is unable to tolerate a face covering due to a medical condition or disability.  The Advisory does not limit activities, nor does it place any new spacing requirements or capacity limits at these locations.

Please contact the Board of Health if you have any questions about this Advisory. We appreciate your support as we work together to end this pandemic.

Sincerely,

John McVeigh
