3/23/26 Hearing: Stormwater Management & Land Disturbance Permit Woodlands

An application has been made by Woodland, LLC to the Millis Select Board for a Stormwater Management Permit and a Land Disturbance Permit under the Town of Millis Stormwater Management Regulations Article I.  The application relates to a 44-lot open-space residential subdivision located on assessors map 25 parcels 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 42, 44, and 134 and map 52 parcels 16 and 32, including all appurtenant work. The subdivision is known as Woodlands.  A public hearing will be held by the Select Board on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 7:15 pm in room 229 of the Veteran’s Memorial Building, 900 Main Street, Millis, MA.
