MUNIS Employee Self Service (ESS)

As an employee of the Town of Millis, you now have access to MUNIS Employee Self Service. 

When you log in to this secure website, you can:

  • View your pay information.
  • View reports of time-off activity.
  • View and edit your personal information.
  • View and change your income tax withholdings.
  • View your W-2 information.

The employee portal is designed to be easy to use, but if you need help logging in or have questions, just contact ESSPayroll@millisma.gov for answers. If you forget your username name or password, you can click the “Forget Username” or “Forget Password” links on the employee portal login page for assistance.
